Laurent Boutillon is the Scientific Director of Vinci Construction Grands Projets.
He is a graduated Engineer from ECP (École Centrale Paris) and CHEBAP (Centre des Hautes Études du Béton Armé et Précontraint) Professor and Administrator of the CHEBAB, professor at ENPC (École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées), member of the AFGC (Association Française du Génie Civil) and member of the FIB (International Federation of Structural Concrete)
