In the context of a semester long Practicum Project for Swift during my last semester at CMU (24h/week):
- Developed from scratch the full architecture of a micro services based testing and monitoring tool
- Designed several Architecture Diagrams and Requirements documents
- Worked on the data pipeline and user experience
- Coded the scheduling component in Java, and helped debugging other modules
- Organized and participated in the integration of the different modules required for an end-to-end solution
- Co-leaded a team of 7 software engineers on the daily basis (Kanban and project planning, leading sponsor meetings, ensuring work was delivered and deadlines met...)
- Redacted and got approved a binding Statement of Work with our sponsor
