Since December 2022, I lead our Smart Factory technical team and deliver Digital Manufacturing solutions (Digital transformation roadmaps, MES/MOM, scada, historian, Machine connectivity, IT/OT integration, IOT, assisted operator, smart automation, analytics, AI for predictive performance, computing vision, AR/VR, data platforms, asset management, virtual commissioning, control tower, dashboarding, Lean manufacturing, other management systems and applications for industry 4.0 solutions). We doubled size in 12 months and start registering significant wins (projects £1 M). Customer facing role, leading pre-sale.

• Since Jan 2021, Industrial director in the automotive division in Spain Barcelona (Spain)
I design and lead industrial solutions for our automotive customers in Spain. Engineering services in Process, Logistic, Quality and new model launches. Support digital transformation with innovative industry 4.0 solutions (automation, digital plant, smart training, vision, improved OE, electrification, IoT, AR/VR, predictive maintenance…). Electric Vehicles.

• July 2019 – December 2020. Citroën AMI industrial launch Director Kénitra (Morocco)
Lead the industrial launch of a small electric vehicle in a PSA Peugeot Citroën plant in Morocco. First turn key project for Capgemini engineering. Totally new product, innovative, low cost design. New offer to improve mobility in an environmentally friendly way.

Plant launch & plant quality director

Responsibilities:
Defined, recruited, implemented the launch and quality organisation (circa 60 staff, 300 workers) and processes for Nitra Plant operations. Current capacity 150 000 veh/year.
Designed and installed launch and quality facilities (on line vehicle acceptation work shop from testing rigs to final customer acceptance, metrology, calibration, off line testing equipment, pilot plant for pre-series, Launch and Quality office…)
Lead the launch of Discovery in the Slovakia plant (cross-functional coordination until mass production)
o Main achievements:
JOB1 18/10/18, 6 weeks after original target set in 2015 for this mega-project (circa £900M).
Quality targets met at each launch milestones and currently exceeded by 30% for the finished product metrics in mass production.
All certifications achieved on time (IATF, CQC, Svyaz…)
Definition of optimised processes, resulting in a leaner launch and quality organisation.
