Managing Director in IT Services Industry.
Leading and supporting people to move lines, transform and perform is my passion. I have a background of more than 25 years in IT Services, in consulting, organizations and digital transformation, ERP implementation and system integration. I have managed and transformed different units with a full P&L responsibility (business development and sales, services portfolio and partners, operations and delivery, financials and HR), in various industries: telecom, manufacturing, retail, energy, transports and public services.
In terms of geography, i am familiar with multicultural environments. I have managed teams and developed business in France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Central Europe, Spain and Middle-East.
Enhancing performance of IT in enterprises, advising CxOs and especially CIOs/CDOs in getting the best business outcome possible are strong motivation for me. IT services industry with its permanent transformation and incredible pace, is certainly one of the best business and management school one can dream of. Achievements only come with great attention to people, colleagues as well as customers and partners.
