Graduated with a Bachelor's degree from IAE and a Master's degree in Finance with honors from Montpellier Business School, with intercultural experience in the United States and valuable experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. I'am pursuing a postgraduate degree in Transition Engineering at CentraleSupélec and an LLB. I handle every step of the M&A process, from prospecting to closing the deal, including preparing marketing documents, business plans, valuations, LOIs, negotiations, SPAs, and shareholder agreements.
