Résumé

International Executive in Infrastructure & Mobility Projects | PPP, M&A, Strategic Partnerships

With over 25 years of experience leading complex international projects, I design, structure, and deliver large-scale infrastructure and mobility programs across Europe, India, Canada, and North Africa.

My career path — within leading transport and service operators (Transdev, Veolia, Siemens) — has given me a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle: from project finance and PPP structuring to contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and operational execution.

I am recognized for my strategic insight, diplomatic approach, and ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments at the intersection of public policy and private investment. I combine financial acumen with operational pragmatism to make complex projects both feasible and sustainable.

Committed to delivering sustainable solutions and driving innovation in mobility and infrastructure projects.

Particularly interested in opportunities combining international scope with territorial anchoring, especially in the Alpine region.

Core Expertise: Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) • Project Finance • Strategic Development • Infrastructure & Mobility • Concessions • International Negotiation • Stakeholder Management • Team Leadership • Public Policy Interface

There are many similarities between a high (or even very high) altitude ascent and business development (whether the project / objective is a summit or a deal / contract)...
