A seasoned expat with over 22 years of experience span, Cyrille is an Executive Rail Systems O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Director/EPC (Engineer, Procure & Construct) Project Director with a predominant CBTC (Communication Based Train Control) Signalling foundation, and essentially track records in the delivery/completion/handover of complex, large-scale, mission-critical, politically exposed international EPC projects along the V life cycle in Tender, Design, Manufacturing/Procurement/Logistics, Interfaces & Integration, Installation, Test & Commissioning (T&C), Trial Running up to Revenue Service, with a holistic emphasis on smooth Systems Interfaces & Integration, recently deployed on Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract based on his leadership skills. He therefore covers the whole spectrum from conceptual phase till commercial revenue service.
A recognised expert in his field, i.e. GoA4/UTO/driverless moving block heavy guided Urban Mass Transit CBTC Signalling solutions (with a commanding expertise knowledge of Thales SelTrac, Alstom Urbalis, Bombardier CITYFLO, Siemens Trainguard MT as well as Invensys Rail/Dimetronic Sirius digital solutions and legacy analog Matra/Siemens VAL - a rubber- tired APM now replaced by the digital Siemens NeoVAL range), Cyrille is a high-octane level, self-motivated starter, essentially a dynamic individual with a resolute positive “can-do” attitude: in a nutshell, a constant and reliable over-achiever delivering above expectations. He is also ERTMS/ETCS trained. Along with proven leadership in finance, budget accountability on P&L and a responsible management style polished with a mellow touch of empathy, Cyrille completes his robust portfolio with exceptional team building skills. He has secured such vigorous technical expertise and human capital management know-how by delivering safety-critical transport infrastructures with high-visibility political exposure in the APAC (Far-East, South-East Asia & ANZ)/Europe/MENA regions.
Cyrille commands adamant and confident oral/written communication, as well as interpersonal skills to proactively and positively engage at any levels (internal/external, i.e. Government Bodies) of an MNC matrix organisation with cross-functional project team members. A team player himself, he is highly conversant with Project Management (PM, e.g. budget) as well as Contract Management (CM, e.g. juridic claims), commands a results-oriented focus and commitment aimed at project delivery and/or delivery of long-term strategic objectives of the Board of Directors of the Organisation.

Having worked on either the Contractor, Project Owner or O&M Operator sides, on greenfield and brownfield sites as well as dual greenfield/brownfield projects, Cyrille can deploy his skills in any capacity of a Project’s organisation. He can act as the cornerstone between various stakeholders, i.e. has an acute sense for politically exposed roles among any Project’ shareholders.
