Résumé
I’m originally an engineer by training, but I’ve spent the past 15+ years in commercial and strategic roles - first at Apple’s European HQ in London, then at e-tailer Yoox-Net-A-Porter (part of Richemont at the time). My work has always centered around strategic planning, commercial insights, and cross-functional initiatives - supporting everything from major product launches (like 4 iPad rollouts across Europe) to shaping commercial strategies for €1B+ businesses.
About 18 months ago, I pivoted toward the green tech sector - starting with an ESG software startup in Business development, and working at EcoAct (part of Schneider Electrics), a climate-focus consultancy in a commercial strategy role.
I am passionate about the opportunities made possible by tech progress, especially in the sustainable data management and optimisation field. I also enjoy connecting the dots between teams, leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn and discover new ways to create positive impact.

Commercial director
66° North , Reyjavick - CDI
De Septembre 2021 à Septembre 2022
66° North is an Icelandic heritage outerwear company.
I worked until October 2022 as Commercial director to help facilitate their global expansion through e-commerce. My main responsibilities were:
Leading the merchandising function to simplify processes
Leading data strategy to give a clear understanding of the e-commerce channel and an omni-channel view of customers
Leading their Objectives Key Results (OKR) to provide a clear path and framework to success
The main output was very well received: it consisted in i) a standardised set of e-commerce reports with key online KPIs, ii) a 3-year revenue plan by market and channel to achieve the OKRs and iii) a simplification of some merchandising functions.
I learned how to:
- simplify planning processes in the merchandising function and clarify pricing strategy dynamics
- understand a brand's omni-channel challenges, plan for them, including the impact of opening a flagship store in London, and - introduce an omni-channel customer strategy based on data
- work in a family run business that operates like a start-up

At NAP I worked in the commercial insights team first as a manager in 2015 and then as head of the team (6-7 people) from 2018 to 2021.

Its main purpose was i) to feed the executive team with an understanding of the performance in terms of markets, customers, channels, ii) to highlight challenges and opportunities and iii) to provide the financial budget.

- the planning team responsible of delivering the financial budget in revenue and margin - working closely with merchandising and finance
- the insights teams analysing past performance, highlighting opportunities and helping the marketing team to shape their strategy - working closely with marketing, web trading, CRM and sales
This experience allowed me to:
- acquire all my knowledge in digital and "customer centric" businesses by working on market dimensions, customer profiles (new compared to very important clients) and on services optimisation: key KPIs to evaluate such as acquisition growth, traffic, conversion rate
- sharpen my communication skills conveying essential messages with convictions
- learn how to collaborate with different teams and navigate round matrix
- develop strong facilitator capabilities to clarify situations
- learn to manage a team with empathy and align teams towards strategic priorities
