Co-founder of Conexcap, mother company of 570easi and Perenys, driving innovation in ethical financial solutions. Conexcap, building on the success of 570easi, specializes in structuring Sharia-compliant products and ethical financial solutions, while Perenys is France’s first 100% ESG savings platform dedicated to ethical retirement and wealth management.

With 25 years of professional experience, my background spans Structured Finance, Asset Management, Private Equity, Risk Management, and Real Estate Investments. Since 2010, I have been recognized as a finance and tech entrepreneur, earning multiple awards, including being part of the French G20 Young Leaders.

Key milestones in my career include 12 years of leadership roles at GE Capital, DTZ Asset Management, and HRO, after which I led pioneering transactions like Sukuk Mudaraba for SMEs recognized by Harvard and Murabaha home finance solutions—highlighted by a true-sale tax ruling in France.

Academically, I hold post-graduate credentials from Centrale-Supelec and Skema Business School, and I'm certified as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Six Sigma Black Belt, and PMP. I completed a full course in Islamic sciences, specializing in Mu’amalat (2024), and served as a Research Associate at Paris 1 Sorbonne for my PhD, which focused on alternative funding for SMEs.

My contributions to Islamic finance began in 2005 when I started AIDIMM, a non-for-profit organisation dedicated to Islamic Finance for French citizens which led my active participation to the Paris Europlace Commission, under the leadership of Christine Lagarde. I led a working group on real estate to democratize Ethical Home Finance solutions for the many. This work helped drive the adoption of fiscal instructions supporting Islamic finance in France.

As co-author of several industry-leading publications, including Islamic Investment Banking (Euromoney, 2010) and Growth of Sukuk (Euromoney, 2011), I continue to advocate for the intersection of Islamic, ethical finance and technology.

Today, I teach applied ethical finance in MBA programs at institutions like Financia Business School and HEC International, and regularly speak at global conferences on finance and innovation. I also sponsored a blockchain project for philanthropy with the SnT Lab at the University of Luxembourg.
