o Global Closure Systems (Plastic packaging , France, 2005) – €580m;
o Spie (Electrical contracting, France, 2007) – €980m;
o Xella (Building Materials, Germany, 2008) – €1.6bn;
o Hunkemöller (Lingerie retailer, the Netherlands, 2011) – €265m;
o CST (Sensor & control products, US, 2014) – $900m; and
o AS Adventure (Multi-brand retailers of outdoor equipment and clothing, Belgium, 2015) – €393m
 Monitoring of portfolio companies with the Management, notably Global Closure Systems as Board
Member (monthly reporting, budget review, advice on potential disposals, add-ons, cost savings
program, strategic review), Hunkemöller, CST and AS Adventure
 Restructuring/ renegotiation of portfolio companies with lenders
 Since 2011 focusing on the Retail & Distribution sector across Europe
 Coaching/ training of investment officers/directors

Due diligence studies (buy-side and VDD) for corporate companies (Editis, Schneider, Schlumberger, Panzani, Lagardère) and investment funds (PEP, HSBC, Alpha Associés Conseil)

Audit of consolidated and social accounts (PSA, Aventis Pharma, RATP)
