MSD France is a major and innovative player in the pharmaceutical industry. As a member of the French leadership team, I am in charge of the IT services and organization. For company projects success, I’m ensuring that commitments and inherent regulation to pharmaceutical industry are respected. As a team leader, I’m accountable for IT service delivery and business continuity.

Strategy and Change Management
- Accountable of the strategic alignment, business partner of the French leadership team and global IT organisation,
- Moving teams from a legacy IT delivery model to a “Digital Agency” model, more business oriented,
- Job definition for Agile operating model integration, skills development, recruiting firm management,
- Leader of the Dx Marketing platforms and capabilities deployment program,
- Innovation promotor: Co Design workshop set up, Design Thinking implementation, Deployment of embedded “Digital Marketing Factories” across the BU,
- “SAFe” Agile Framework local implementation, execution follow up of strategic projects, value teams partnership: Data and Analytics, Customer Engagement, Digital Execution, Market Access and Revenue Management, Oncology and Vaccines Franchises,
- Coordination with the group CoE in Austin, Prague and Singapore.

Management
- 13 employees, 5 direct reports operating in: project management, software development, IT infrastructure and operations, application support,
- Leader of MSD France “One IT” community of practice, coordination with other division teams: Research, Manufacturing Sites and Animal Health,
- Definition of the organization, the various positions, in house skills assessment and progress plans setup.

Finance
- 2018 & 2019’s "Digital Acceleration" investment fund management, 14 million dollars,
- Yearly IT project portfolio management, OPEX/CAPEX budgets,
- R&D start-up partnership (definition of business model, contractual framework, medical regulations, GDPR).
