As the Head of Partnerships, I work closely with the Co-Founders, the Sales team, the Product team, the Marketing team, and the Operations team to ensure alignment and coordination of our partnership strategy and execution.
I’m also responsible for the commercial performance of our partnerships, including negotiating contracts, setting targets, tracking metrics, and reporting on results.
- I develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
- I lead the team to manage and nurture existing partnerships, really immersing myself and the team within their businesses to understand their ambitions and challenges. My focus is on ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, innovation, and growth.
- I guide the team to build deeper relationships with Consulting Partners and also Technology Partners, thus leveraging both in-depth sector knowledge to support innovation and help shape our development roadmap.
- I also work to position Aguaro as the best solution for partners facing challenges with their current Sustainable IT customer needs
- I identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that can enhance our product offering, expand our customer base, and increase revenue
- I negotiate and execute partnership contracts, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- I take ownership of the commercial performance of our partnerships, staying laser-focused on day-to-day trading and panel performance, and I report on this performance to senior leadership.
- I conduct market research and analysis to understand the Sustainability & Tech Climate landscape, providing insights and recommendations to support product development and ensure we deliver good customer outcomes for both our partners and customers.
- I collaborate with the product development team, the marketing team, the development squad, and the operations team to make sure planned initiatives are thoughtfully executed and deliver the expected benefits and customer outcomes.
- I represent the company at external events and meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
