My contribution: connect people, propose and apply Purchasing Agile's process. Bring solutions to ease R&T and Innovation programs: set up order, negotiate and adapt early contracts to support the maturation of technologies proposed by our partners such as Startups.
Facilitator on Startups development and integration. Excellent interpersonal, contract know-how and negotiation skills. Fully aware and informed of Innovation Networking. Regular participant, or speaker in Innovation Events.
Leadership, collaborative, reliable, and result focused mindset. Manage & develop teams. Early adopter of flexible solutions in Purchasing organization. Participant and actor in the digital transformation of Safran.
Also integrated in Safran Electronics & Defense's FAB-LAB, dedicated to Prototyping and Demonstrators.

. Detect, SMEs and innovative start-ups in the right Ecosystems, or Network of Innovation
. Define and apply a right and agile procurement process and a "win-win" contractual frame
. Responsible of supplier partner selection and contractualisation of strategic development, PoC definition and follow-up to success (eg : Krono-Safe, Prove&Run, Sysgo, Kalray...)
