Boby A Cegid Company is a startup founded in 2022, acquired by the CEGID group 1.5 years later. As a member of the company’s executive committee since its inception, I have played a key role in overseeing the organization following a tripling of staff and the acquisition by the CEGID group.

Product / Design / Data / QA:
- Led the design and deployment of an MVP under tight deadlines with a restricted team
- Establish the product strategy and roadmaps for GenAI and new features, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Development teams

For 6 years, I have been conducting Business Audits at different scales: within a department, an entire company or a geographic area for a given activity (e.g. Logistics Imports in Europe).

From these audits, I design, develop and optimize with my Clients’ teams both processes and tools to properly manage and control their business depending on their actual and future needs.

Unlike many consultants, I work beyond the audit or the establishment of the Action Plan. I assist my Clients from the study of needs to the implementation of the new Organization, Processes and Tools.
