Boby A Cegid Company is a startup founded in 2022, acquired by the CEGID group 1.5 years later. Boby provides a SaaS invoicing management solution specifically designed for construction small businesses, featuring an integrated intelligent assistant (GenAI) that enables to rapidly create detailed project quotes through voice commands.

As a member of the company’s executive committee since its inception, I have played a key role in overseeing the organization following a tripling of staff and the acquisition by the CEGID group.

Product / Design / Data / QA:
- Led the design and deployment of an MVP under tight deadlines with a restricted team
- Establish the product strategy and roadmaps for GenAI and new features, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Development teams
- Build a community of beta testers through field engagement
- Implement Mixpanel

Organization / Management:
- Structure and manage the Product, Design, QA, and Data / Machine Learning (PDM) team of 7 members, fostering a culture of accountability and written communication
- Established an agile and lean organization across PDM, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Implemented and oversaw the automation and deployment of communication, production, and customer support tools (Slack, Zendesk Support, Jira Cloud, Confluence, Jira Product Delivery to centralize user feedback and team ideas)
- Structured the Customer Support service by establishing dedicated processes and tools involving all employees
- Initiated continuous improvement workshops to enhance organization, tools, and resolve cross-functional challenges

For 6 years, I have been conducting Business Audits at different scales: within a department, an entire company or a geographic area for a given activity (e.g. Logistics Imports in Europe).

From these audits, I design, develop and optimize with my Clients’ teams both processes and tools to properly manage and control their business depending on their actual and future needs.

Examples of interventions:
• Optimize and automatize an existing Excel Tool using VBA (e.g. Quote, Supplier Order)
• Design and Develop a digital tool
• Conduct a business audit within a department (e.g. Sales Administration, Logistics), an entire Manufacturing SME or a geographic area (deliverables: Existing Flow, Process and Tool Mapping, Refined Analysis of Observations and Solution Proposal, Future Flow, Process and Tool Mapping, Action Plan to move towards the new Organization, Implementation of the Action Plan).

Unlike many consultants, I work beyond the audit or the establishment of the Action Plan. I assist my Clients from the study of needs to the implementation of the new Organization, Processes and Tools.
Similarly, I strive to work hand in hand with both Management and Operating Teams along the different project phases (e.g. data collection, design, development, testing, implementation). Working otherwise will, in my opinion, result in failure.

The Boston Club was a French organic biscuit factory which was founded by two pastry lovers fond of travelling.

As the CEO at The Boston Club, I was in charge of:
- Graphic design: creation of all packagings with a different cultural theme each month, print & web design, photo shootings
- Webmaster
- Marketing: from strategy to digital and event marketing
- Supply Chain: purchasing, planning, logistics (inbound & outbound)
- Administration & Finance

SME specialized in designing and manufacturing power resistors.

- Daily manage a team of 8 people (Procurement, Logistics, Planning and Warehouse)

Objective: "Redesigning the Intercontinental Import Logistics Organization & Processes in Europe"

Scope:
- 12 importing countries
- All product ranges and families from Raw Materials to Final Products
- All Group's companies besides two

Key Responsibilities:
- Draw a diagnosis based on the existing organization and processes in place
- Design a target Organization and standard Intercontinental Import Processes favoring synergies between current and interrelated organisations

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a portfolio in both private markets and state-owned institutions (tenders), through maintenance contracts and, repair and modernization services.

French Group specialized in manufacturing, transport and placement of reinforcing steel rods for concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with the recovery phase,
- Co-write the Business Plan for the Group with the General Manager,
- Design and implement an operational turnaround - i.e. a new process to monitor and control EUR 10 million in contracts revenue (2012).
