PMR partners is a french firm dedicated to turnaroud and recovery situations. During that period, we usually run the recovering company as Managing Director.
Since 1998, I successfully conducted 12 turnaround in different activities such as Software, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Leather, Safety, Chemicals, Foundry, Business Aviation.
Before that, I spent 10 years in Serete, a General Engineering firm, up to Deputy Regional Manager for Mediterranée, and 3 years as the General Manager of Ares.
I am presently the Managing Director of Imagination, a french company editing software solutions (Playout Automation, Media Asset Management, Content Management). Imagination owns 100% of SGT, based near Paris (France), and 100 % of Vivesta, based in Hilversum (The Netherlands).

Imagination is a holding company, that owns now 100 % of SGT and 100 % of Vivesta. We plan to aggregate and merge several local software editors in a global player delivering MAM, VOD and Play Out Automation systems to linear broadcast and non linear content delivering companies.
