- Provide support to the Global IS Chief Transformation Officer, define and maintain key Programme documents (reporting, risk analysis, budget...), prepare important programme milestones and committees
- Global Programme Management: Ensure all projects and activities are done in a coordinated and coherent way and stay aligned with global objectives. Management of Programme team (20 persons). Help structure and organise (tools, good practices, etc..) the different projects
- Responsible for Change & Communication stream: Define and deploy a global plan (200 persons concerned)

Management of IS teams responsible for:
- Servier R&D collaborative tools: 300 SharePoint collaborative & publishing sites, 3000 worldwide users
- Strategic Planning and Drug Project Management tool: Planisware PPM Software (P5) used to manage all R&D Projects (planning, costs and resources for entire research and development plan)
- Business Development & Partnership tools: virtual datarooms and Inova Business Development

Providing daily support to R&D teams using these tools, ensuring availability and performance, working with them to continuously make sure we address the quickly evolving needs of the business.

Project Leader for a two-year project on Collaborative Workspaces (project team of 15 people): mapping of different business needs and uses to deliver a standard offer (project workspace, team workspace, publishing site....), migration of all spaces to SharePoint 2010 platform, definition and setup of governance rules and processes for all sites and workspaces, new training and support processes and material....

Preparing the next steps by designing future tools and defining roadmaps for the next years.

R&D Information Systems PMO setup:

Creation and management of a community of project managers and project actors (40-50 people): common tools, shared knowledge, setup and conduct of training sessions (different aspects of project manangement: project communication, efficient meetings, etc..), creation and setup of serious games...

Setup and management of an intranet site with good project practices, methodologies, community blog...

From October 2013 to October 2014:
Responsible for IS aspect of R&D transformation programme: impact analysis (on existing tools and project portfolio), definition of action plans, programme Core Team member

From December 2010 to October 2013:
Project Management Office for large eclinical programme covering the entire scope of clinical data:
- 5 major projects with high impact on processes and Information Systems
- data standardisation (CDISC), datawarehousing and business intelligence environment (reporting, statistical analysis, data mining), data acquisition and management, medical and pharmacovigilance coding
- communication, training and change management throughout R&D

- Coordination of active principle ingredient and investigational drug needs for a portfolio of molecules in development (products from stage B to phase IV) in several therapeutic domains (CNS, diabetes, cancer)
- Active involvement in drug development teams
- Management of a cross-department and international project of development and deployment of a traceability software for investigational drug and material: management of the project team and of the supplier, organization of test and training phases, deployment follow-up (300 users – 30 countries)
