J'ai plus de 10 années d'expérience autour du projet, dans des environnements de R&D pharmaceutique, d'informatique et des organisations en transformation.
Ces différentes expériences m'ont permis d'éprouver mes capacités de leardership et d'évoluer progressivement d'une vision très axée "action" à une approche plus centrée sur les hommes, leur mise en mouvement et leur accompagnement. Conception et animation de formation, de serious games, animation de communautés, accompagnement d'équipes et de managers en profonde transformation, définition et mise en oeuvre de plan de communication et d'accompagnement au changement: je cherche désormais à consolider ces expériences et envisage de me tourner vers les métiers de l'accompagnement des hommes et des organisations. La démarche est en cours, donc je suis ouverte à tout échange, discussion ou opportunité.

- Strategic Planning and Drug Project Management tool: Planisware PPM Software (P5) used to manage all R&D Projects (planning, costs and resources for entire research and development plan)

Providing daily support to R&D teams using these tools, ensuring availability and performance, working with them to continuously make sure we address the quickly evolving needs of the business.

Project Leader for a two-year project on Collaborative Workspaces (project team of 15 people): mapping of different business needs and uses to deliver a standard offer (project workspace, team workspace, publishing site....), migration of all spaces to SharePoint 2010 platform, definition and setup of governance rules and processes for all sites and workspaces, new training and support processes and material....

Preparing the next steps by designing future tools and defining roadmaps for the next years.
