Alain Ducret

Ingénieur généraliste à Centrale Paris, je profite de ma césure pour continuer d'explorer le monde de l'entreprise après plusieurs contacts lors de mes études dans diverses missions de conseil. J'ai notamment aidé à l'analyse et à la modification d'un process RH et des modes de communication externes et internes du groupe Adéo Déco lors d'une mission étudiante, ou encore aidé une municipalité à aborder la transition énergétique pour ses résidences en station de ski.
Je suis actuellement en stage de management de projet dans le domaine du BTP mais, étant très curieux, je voudrais explorer un deuxième domaine, et un autre pays, lors de ma deuxième partie de césure à partir de mars.
Engineer from Centrale Paris, I use my gap year to keep discovering the world of business after a few early contacts in my studies for some consulting missions. Among other things, I helped, with a team of students, analyse and modify the HR process of a french group and it's communication with potentiel recruits. I helped as well a french municipality to go green on its residential buildings in a skiing station.
I am now an intern in management of international projects in construction but, being curious by nature, I would like to discover another domain, and country, in the second part of my gap year, from Marsh on.
